She’s one foxy lady.
Megan Fox opened up about her ever-changing appearance on Wednesday’s episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast — and while the star listed all of the procedures she’s had done over the years, there’s one elusive surgery she still can’t get.
The “Jennifer’s Body” star, 37, sat down with host Alexandra Cooper to discuss everything from her childhood to her on-again, off-again engagement with Machine Gun Kelly, and she was quick to share everything about her numerous plastic surgeries.

“I feel like there’s this stigma, and I’m not going to win,” she said of being frank about her appearance, adding, “I hope it sets some people free.”
The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” star said she had her boobs “done conservatively” between the “first and second Transformers” movies.
“I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids,” Fox — who shares three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green — later added, confirming that she recently had her implants fixed again due to an issue.
Fox also spoke out about the rumors she’s had multiple nose jobs — and the real reason why her nose looks so tiny.
“I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,” the mom of three said, adding she’s been accused by fans of having “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”
However, Fox — who also said she’s had Botox and filler — shared that people think her nose looks different because she contours it to “one inch of its life,” making her nose look like “it’s just nostrils like Voldemort.”
The movie star also shared what procedures she hasn’t undergone, telling Cooper, “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind.”
The “Transformers” actress said she’s “never done threads” because she was “afraid they’d interfere” if she does need to get a facelift in the future.
Fox went on to share she’s also never pursued a brow lift (although she’d love to) or buccal fat removal.
As for the rest of her trim body, Fox said, “I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”
The “Till Death” star added that she’d be “so flattered” if anyone accused her of having a Brazilian butt lift.
“If I could I would. I don’t have the extra body fat,” she told Cooper of the procedure, which takes fat from the stomach and relocates it to the behind.
However, Fox said if she ever went through the grueling recovery from the BBL procedure, she’d want her booty results to be large and in charge.
“I’m going to walk through a park and I’m going to turn around and everyone is going to be whispering and laughing and talking,” she said. “Like a circus freak.”
Although she’s had multiple procedures over the years, the actress said it’s a stressful experience.
“I don’t like surgery. My body does not react well to general anesthesia,” she said, adding “it’s a very big deal” when she goes into surgery.
“I’m very afraid of dying under general anesthesia,” Fox admitted, telling Cooper that she grills her doctors “if they’ve seen any omens if they saw any owls, crows, if anyone stepped on a spider, if there’s any dead insects.”
At the end of the day, surgery is “a very traumatizing experience” for Fox, so she insists on having a “reward for the suffering.”
And although she told her doctors to give her “1990s stripper titties,” her tiny frame couldn’t exactly accommodate the request.
“I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in my body,” the “Hope & Faith” star said with a laugh, adding that she’s happy with her result but, “They’re not even that big! They’re a 32D.”
