Police officers arrested Christine Quinn’s husband, Christian Richard, for a second time Wednesday after he was released from custody following his arrest for domestic violence, Pvnew can /confirm/i.
His inmate record shows that he was arrested on a misdemeanor charge for returning to his and the former Netflix star’s home despite having a restraining order in place.
He was released on bond Thursday morning and has a court date set for April 11.
Photos obtained by Pvnew show a police SUV pulled up outside of the former “Selling Sunset” star’s gate. Shortly thereafter, a police officer exited the vehicle and made his way up the private road.
TMZ was the first to report the news of his second arrest.
Pvnew broke the news this week that Richard was arrested Tuesday afternoon in his bathrobe sans shoes after police officers responded to a domestic dispute.
“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” the public information officer said.
“The child was seen by paramedics but not transported to hospital.”
However, a separate source told us that Quinn, 35, took the victim, whom we confirmed to be her 2-year-old son, to the hospital.
“Christine left the house and rode in the ambulance with her son,” the insider shared.

Richard, 45, whose legal last name is Dumontet, was released on Wednesday on $30,000 bond, inmate records show.
He has a court date scheduled for April 10, 2024.
The drama continued that same day when police swarmed the pair’s residence to conduct a “building search,” which is done to determine whether there is an active threat on the scene.
We’re told police typically perform a search when a concerned individual calls to ensure that the place in question is safe. A source exclusively tells Pvnew that Quinn did not make that call.
We’re also told Quinn and her 2-year-old son, Christian Georges, are at a separate “safe location.”
The public information officer told us that his team concluded there was “no issue” at Quinn’s house.
The reality star — who left the hit real estate series in 2022 — documented much of her relationship with Richard on the show, including their lavish wedding.
After her departure from “Selling Sunset,” Quinn and Richard launched their own real estate company, Real Open, which handles transactions via bitcoin.
