Dakota Johnson is looking Marvel-ous.
The actress, 34, stepped out at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie, “Madame Web,” on Monday, walking the red carpet in a see-through chainmail dress.
The crystal-embellished, webbed design was a custom Gucci creation, and clearly meant to be a nod to the film, in which she plays the titular role.
Johnson’s stylist, Kate Young, made sure the shiny dress stole the spotlight, pairing the piece with skin-colored underwear and keeping the rest of the look somewhat simple.
She did, however, add Messika’s Divine Enigma oval diamond cut choker to balance out the gown’s plunging neckline and minimalist makeup, which included smudged eyeliner and a mauve lip, helped to highlight the bold ensemble.
Johnson’s signature bangs, of course, did make an appearance, as she wore her long brown hair down and styled in loose waves.
Still, the “Fifty Shades of Grey” star wasn’t the only one who dressed to impress at the event. Her “Madame Web” costars also showed up in breathtaking outfits, with Sydney Sweeney also opting for a web-like semi-sheer look, wearing an embroidered design from Oscar de la Renta.
The film, which is a Spider-Man spin-off, follows a paramedic who develops psychic powers following an accident.
When it comes to the fashion choices for the movie’s press tour, the spider theme has definitely been a go-to for Johnson.
Earlier this month, she attended the Vogue Brazil Ball in Rio de Janeiro, where she channeled her character in a custom version of Annie’s Ibiza Cobweb Midi Dress ($2,373).
And while Johnson opted for a bright red Carolina Herrera set for her appearance on “Today,” she did make headlines by sharing her opinions on being a “nepo baby.”
The daughter of Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith made fun of the label during her “Saturday Night Live!” appearance, and told Hoda Kotb she found the term to be “incredibly annoying and boring.”
“If you’re a journalist, write about something else,” said Johnson. “That’s just lame.”
