Kate Beckinsale treated herself and her mom, Judy Loe, to a wellness retreat in Spain following her weeks-long hospital stay.
The “Underworld” star, 51, checked in to the SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante and explained on Instagram Wednesday that she wanted to take Loe, 77, to a “beautiful and tranquil setting” that emphasized “relaxation, detoxification [and] holistic wellness.”
The relaxing beachfront escape starts at $2,600 per person for a required four-day minimum stay, with prices drastically increasing depending on the room and retreat experience participants chose.

The wellness packages include personalized meal plans, technological treatments and natural therapies such as acupuncture sessions, infrared heat sessions and physiotherapy, per the company’s website.
Guests are also given access to hydrotherapy treatments, yoga classes, cooking classes, fitness courses and evaluations and advanced preventative diagnosis tests such as a 3D body scanner.
Beckinsale appeared to have chosen a beachfront room, giving a glimpse of the accommodations while posing on the balcony in a white bikini and sheer pink cover-up.
The 5-foot-7 “Vacancy” star also shared a picture alongside her mom, whom she towered over in platform heels.
Several adorable clips saw the mother-daughter duo bonding as they danced and laughed together in their room.
Beckinsale gave a peek at her meals and treatment sessions, which appeared to include a massage and a warm bath.
“From the moment we arrived, there was an overwhelming sense of calm and care,” she captioned the snaps. “The holistic approach at SHA, combining modern science with ancient wellness traditions, is truly unparalleled.”
The “Van Helsing” star said she and Loe left the wellness center feeling “more balanced and energized.”
“I’m so grateful to have had this experience with my mum -we reconnected, laughed, danced, got squirted with a hose wearing paper pants after a seaweed body wrap and a bath filled with coloured lights and learned so much about ourselves and how much we can do so much to optimize our health and well-being,” she wrote.
Beckinsale continued, “Time with those we love and our health are so precious. So very grateful for this wonderful time with my mum and can’t wait to return.”
The actresses have been through a year of trial and tribulations, as Loe developed stage 4 cancer and lost her husband, TV director Roy Battersby, to a stroke.
Beckinsale later revealed she had been hospitalized due to a hole in her esophagus.
