Justin Timberlake’s mugshot has been released after he was arrested on charges of DWI early Tuesday morning.
In the photo, the *NSYNC singer stared at the camera with “glassy” and “bloodshot” eyes, as described in the police complaint.
The mugshot comes from Timberlake’s DWI arrest, which happened after a night of drinking with friends at the American Hotel.

Justin Timberlake struggled with 'real drinking problem' for years, was 'in a very dark place': sources
Sources told Pvnew that, before his arrest, “cops [were] stationed outside where he was having dinner.”
After the Grammy winner left the venue a little after midnight, we’re told the cops “pulled out and they pulled him over for a traffic violation” shortly because he had run a stop sign and was seen swerving.
“His friends were telling the police, ‘Let him go, let him go,’” one insider told us.
Sources told us the singer — who is married to Jessia Biel — was given a field sobriety test but refused to conduct a breathalyzer.
We’re also told that the cop who pulled the dad of two over “was so young that he didn’t even know” who the singer was.
“He didn’t recognize him or his name,” our insider said.
A second source added, “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”
Timberlake was taken into custody and charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two other traffic violations: not stopping at a stop sign and failure to stay in a proper lane of travel.
Just a few hours after his arrest, the “Mirrors” singer was seen leaving the police station. He attempted to keep a low profile by wearing a black baseball cap and sunglasses.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by Pvnew, Timberlake had “bloodshot” and “glassy” eyes and a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” on his breath during the traffic stop.
Though he told cops he only had “one martini,” he also “was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” per the complaint.
Prominent Hamptons lawyer Eddie Burke Jr. is Timberlake’s legal representation for this case. The musician’s next court date is July 26 but he will not have to attend the procedural date.
