Sami Sheen seems to have made a full recovery after going under the knife for a breast augmentation.
The 19-year-old took to Instagram Thursday to show off her new figure for the first time while rocking a cropped tank top and low-rise baggy jeans.
In the carousel of images, Sheen posed in a grocery aisle, putting her enhanced chest on display in the tiny white top.
She completed the look with an oversized camouflage jacket and kept her blond tresses back in a half-up, half-down look, showing off her silver hoop earrings.
