Age is just a number to Sharon Stone.
The “Basic Instinct” actress, 65, said she is not worried about aging and thinks that people who are afraid of being older are “stupid and ungrateful.”
“Yay. Two exact months until my birthday and I’ll be even older,” she told the UK Times in a new interview published Friday.
“I like being alive and healthy. And I think that we should all be super-thrilled to make it. Because I’ve witnessed any number of people not making it.”
Stone added, “I think that people who are embarrassed about being older are just stupid and ungrateful.”
The “Casino” star has been long open about embracing her physical features as she ages.
In July 2022, she posted a photo of herself topless wearing only a pair of green leopard-print bikini bottoms.
“Gratefully Imperfect on a Perfect Day ❣️,” she captioned the snap on Instagram.
And in May 2023, Stone showed off her beach body once again by posing in what looked like the same green leopard-print bikini.
While the “Total Recall” actress has garnered praise for embracing he natural beauty not everyone was happy with her choices.
Stone previously revealed that a younger man ended his relationship with her for refusing to get Botox.
“If you don’t see me for more than that, you’ll please find your way to the exit,” she shared in her September 2022 cover story for Vogue Arabia.
Though the actress got the cosmetic injections in the past, she gave them up for good after she had a stroke.
“There were periods in the super fame when I got Botox and filler and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and a nine-day brain hemorrhage and I had to have over 300 shots of Botox and filler to make the one side of my face come up again,” she recalled.
Stone’s medical emergency changed the concept of Botox from “cute luxury to some kind of massive, painful neurological need.”
