She’s answering the question on everyone’s lips.
Martha Stewart looked better than ever in another one of her infamous thirst traps posted on Instagram Wednesday — and she’s spilling her beauty tips.
“What the f are you doing? How are you looking this amazing?” one Instagram user commented on the photos of Stewart showing off her “refreshing and lovely” haircut from celebrity favorite John Barrett — and surprisingly, the cookbook author jumped in with some advice.
“eating very well Pilates three x week. Horseback ride at least once a week,” Stewart wrote to the fan.
She added that her clean lifestyle includes “No smoking” and “Little drinking” along with “Green juice Daily.”
While some fans seemed to be loving the response — like one who wrote, “please share your green juice recipe” and another who said, “from the queen herself on how to stay hot at 81!” — many seemed dubious about her beauty tips.
“@marthastewart48 your pants are on fire!!!” one commenter wrote, adding two flame emojis, while a second Instagram user added, “and a little nip and tuck come on admit it – it’s okay to say you’ve had work done – I’m getting bits done once I turn 60.”
“why aren’t you admitting you’ve had plastic surgery ?” another fan asked. “You don’t look anything like you used to. It’s obvious- plastic surgery , in addition to eating right , exercising , and little alcohol. That is believable.”
This isn’t the first time Stewart has shared a salon selfie while commenting on her ageless appearance.
In January, the TV personality posted a pouty photo while getting her hair washed at Frederic Fekkai, writing the pic had “Absolutely no re-imaging!!!”
The backlash in the comments section prompted her to share additional pics from the salon chair, writing, “Un filtered. No face lift. Great derms my whole life.”
Along with eating well and exercising, Stewart added, “did I mention amazing facials @mariobadescu for the last forty years!”
As for her famous green juice recipe, the cooking guru told Pvnew Style in February that it contains “fresh ingredients” picked from her farm and the drink “is key to maintaining healthy, glowing skin.”
What else is on Martha’s skincare roster?
Clé de Peau Beauté Serum ($310), La Crème Night Cream ($795) and Precious Gold Vitality Mask ($310) are among her go-to products, as well as Alastin SilkShield All Mineral Sunscreen ($62).
She even revealed a few selfie tips, instructing people to “make sure you are optimizing lighting” and “work your best angles and ‘project’ the jaw to look up towards the camera.”
Whatever she’s doing, it’s clearly working — and luckily, as she told Pvnew recently, there’s more to come in the thirst trap department.
