She’s the queen of rugby.
Kate Middleton traded her heels for a sportier look as she hit the rugby pitch in Maidenhead, England today as part of her ongoing early childhood initiative, wearing a new pair of kicks and an athletic outfit.
The Princess of Wales, 41, rocked white Lululemon sneakers ($138) as she played with men at the Maidenhead Rugby Club and chatted to them about mental health, fatherhood and the importance of the first five years of life.
While her comfy trainers — which looked slightly worse for the wear as she jumped around the field — are selling out quickly in white, they’re also available in six other colors ranging from neon green to pastel pink.
Middleton sported a blue England Rugby training T-shirt ($34) with navy Sweaty Betty joggers ($42, originally $106), wearing her hair in a high ponytail for her day at the club.
The royal — who serves as patron of the Rugby Football Union — accessorized with a small pair of $32 gold-plated hoops from Orelia and her sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring.
This isn’t the first time the Princess of Wales has worn Lululemon; she wore the brand’s black Define Jacket ($118) to another rugby engagement in 2021.
Today marks the second day in a row she’s worn an all-blue look (and debuted a new pair of shoes), following her visit to a family center in Windsor yesterday.
Middleton chose a blue-and-white Zara blazer and navy trousers to meet with parents and babies, wearing a pair of dark blue Emmy London flats ($440) for the occasion.
As for her Lululemon sneakers, we have a feeling they’ll be added to the royal sportswear rotation.
