Howie Mandel isn’t bothered by Andy Cohen previously slamming him for not doing his “homework” for his bombshell interview with Tom Sandoval.
“I was a jackhole, I’m a jackhloe on ‘Watch What Happens’ – Andy Cohen said I’m a jackhole, [and] I think that’s positive,” Mandel said on Tuesday’s episode of Nick Viall’s podcast, “Viall Files.”
The “America’s Got Talent” judge joked that he “just like[s] to have a title.”
“Bravo hates me,” Mandel alleged, referring to Cohen’s longtime network and the fans who are “really intense.”
Cohen, 54, previously called Mandel, 67, a “jackhole” after he “didn’t do his homework” on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” last month.
“Howie, you have to be careful before you take a side,” Cohen warned him at the time. “Bravo fans are very passionate.”
Shortly afterward, Mandel defended himself for doing the interview despite never having seen “Vanderpump Rules” and having limited knowledge of the affair. He continued doubling down on that during Viall’s podcast.
“My homework was talking to him, and I wanna hear this story, I wanna hear why it’s so big,” Mandel emphasized while later adding he promised Sandoval they wouldn’t “challenge” him during the chat.
The “Deal or No Deal” alum also raved about now being a “fan” of “funny and interesting” Lala Kent after he learned more about her when she slammed him for the “f–king random” interview.
Mandel also caught backlash for not knowing who Scheana Shay was and unfortunately admitted on the podcast that he still doesn’t know. At one point he hilariously called her “Scheala” – a combination of Scheana and Lala.
Sandoval, 40, appeared on Mandel’s podcast, “Howie Mandel Does Stuff,” last month after facing major backlash for having a months-long affair with Raquel Leviss despite being in a nine-year relationship with Ariana Madix.
The Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner claimed in part that he dumped Madix, 37, on Valentine’s Day – two weeks prior to her finding out about the affair upon seeing a sexually explicit video of Leviss, 28, on Sandoval’s phone.

However, sources previously told Pvnew that Madix was the one who broke up with him after being “blindsided” about the dalliance on March 1.
Since Leviss and Sandoval’s affair – dubbed Scandoval – was exposed two days later, suspicions have continued to come up on recent episodes of the hit Bravo show.
Most recently, Sandoval admitted to lying to Madix about letting Leviss sleep over after a drunken night while Madix was out of town – although they both denied anything “happened.”
The three sat down for the first time together at the “nuclear” Season 10 reunion where Cohen had to allegedly physically restrain two cast members.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
