One week after Meghan Trainor made headlines for discussing “big boy” husband Daryl Sabara’s penis size, she’s spilling more about their sex life.
The singer told “High Low With EmRata” listeners on Tuesday that she experiences “so much pain” during intercourse with the “Spy Kids” star.
“I’ve been talking about how tight I am and my husband is so very big,” Trainor, 29, said. “I thought that was our problem.”
The Grammy winner, who clarified that sex is “good in the moment” and she doesn’t feel like she’s “being tortured,” said her issue is “mostly mental.”
Trainor went on to describe her vaginismus diagnosis, explaining, “I think it’s gonna hurt … and I clench.
“I have to go to physical therapy soon … and put gages and rings up in me and stretch,” the “All about That Bass” singer continued. “It’s a whole thing I don’t want to worry about.”
Due to her involuntary tensing, Trainor and Sabara, 30, are not having sex amid her pregnancy. The duo did the same in 2020 when she was carrying son Riley, now 2.
“[Back then], I was scared he was gonna poke it,” the songwriter said. “[Now], I’ve got a whole other slew of problems I’ve got to figure out.”
Although host Emily Ratajkowski “wasn’t worried” about the state of Trainor’s marriage, the American Music Award nominee clarified that she “love[s]” and “is attracted to” the actor.
“I can have a fine time with other stuff,” she insisted. “I’m very satisfied. My hubby, I take care of him. He’s fine. He’s satisfied. We’re great, but it’s tough.”
The “Australian Idol” judge previously said on her own podcast, “Workin’ On It,” that she “can’t walk” after “nightmare” sex with Sabara.
The pair have been married since 2018 and welcomed their son three years later. They revealed in January that another baby boy is on the way.
Trainor announced on Tuesday’s episode that she has booked her C-section and is “ready to rock.”
