Move over, Anna Wintour, there’s another top dog at Vogue.
Demi Moore’s micro Chihuahua, Pilaf, made her debut on the cover of “Dogue” Wednesday, posing inside a variety of designer bags for a special dog-themed spread in Vogue.
The 1.2-pound pup rocked some glamorous jewels for the shoot — shared by the magazine on Instagram Wednesday morning — and climbed in a brown Hermès Birkin bag as she posed for photographer Ryan Lowry.

“I think she looks like a cross between a goldfish and Bette Davis,” Moore said of her petite Pilaf, who was born in Thailand in November 2020.
The pampered pooch wore one of the actress’ diamond Cartier bracelets as a collar in one pic as Moore held her dog in a dog-themed Christian Dior purse, and in another shot, Pilaf — who is a Scorpio, for the record — added a Swarovski bracelet to the stack.
“A veterinarian osteopath, who has a gift of speaking with animals, said that Pilaf told her that she’s a star and she’s here to teach me a new way to walk, which I think she has,” Moore admitted.
She shared some adorable behind-the-scenes videos from the shoot on her own Instagram account, thanking “Dogue for recognizing she’s a star” and stylist Brad Goreski “for helping style and entertain!”
In the Reel, Moore wears a baby sling to carry her miniature pup around and tries to get Pilaf’s attention with some toys as she poses alongside the Birkin bag.
The celebrity pooch is attached to her mom’s side, with Moore telling Vogue, “She’s literally been to Broadway shows, museums, the French Open, art openings, restaurants. She’s a service animal, so she’s allowed to go everywhere.”
Indeed, Pilaf has sat front row at a Gucci show, traveled to the Cannes Film Festival and attended an “SNL” afterparty this year alone.
Along with her jetsetting pursuits, the “G.I. Jane” star said Pilaf — who has “flown to Europe 14 times” — enjoys the smaller pleasures in life, too, like “humping her teddy bear.”
The Chihuahua joined other celebrity dogs who posed for their own Dogue covers, like Glenn Powell’s fan-favorite pup, Brisket, and Sydney Sweeney’s Pitbull mix, Tank.
Perhaps Moore can join Pilaf for a joint cover next time.
