JoJo Siwa admitted her “very, very public beef” with Candace Cameron Bure was “stupid,” but that doesn’t mean she wants to break bread with her.
The “Dance Moms” alum reflected on their dispute — which began in July 2022 when she called the former “Full House” star the “rudest celebrity” she had ever met — in Tuesday’s episode of her “JoJo Siwa Now” podcast, saying she regrets using Cameron Bure’s image in her TikTok video because they had “no real beef” at the time.
“She just wasn’t nice to me as a kid,” she explained. “It’s literally fine.”

Siwa, 21, shared that she did not think Cameron Bure’s portion of her video would go viral because she “meant to throw shade at a company” that did her “dirty,” but she did not mention which organization she was trying to insult.
Although the “Karma” singer initially felt remorse for putting the sitcom star, 48, on blast, she quickly changed her tune when she learned the devout Christian had supported “shady organizations” that do not support the LGBTQIA+ community.
Siwa, who is gay, became even more infuriated when Cameron Bure said in November 2022 that same-sex marriage was not “traditional.”
“Whether she meant to do that or not, she still did it, and it still stung the community,” Siwa said on her podcast. “Of course, you know, we’re doing all this work to be more visible and out there for kids in the next generation to feel more normal.”
The YouTuber concluded her segment on Cameron Bure by saying there is “no real shade anymore” — but then hit the “Fuller House” star with another diss.
“I just wouldn’t have her on my podcast,” she said. “You know what I mean? … If I saw her, I would just not say hi.”
