Teresa Giudice’s husband, Luis “Louie” Ruelas, faced backlash for saying he hopes Margaret Josephs’ son “suffers” amid their feud.

Ruelas made the polarizing comment in Sunday’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” Season 14 finale while talking to Giudice before her explosive “Last Supper” with her co-stars.

After Giudice accused Josephs of talking to one of Ruelas’ exes and spreading negative allegations about him, he asked his wife how she planned to “navigate” the clashing cast’s lunch at Rails steakhouse.

“Tell her to stay away from our family. And you know what? I hope Margaret and her family suffer. You know, I hope her f–king son suffers the way I suffered, the way other people in our family have suffered,” Ruelas, 49, said.

He went on to call Josephs, 57, a “disgusting, vile human being.”

Giudice, 52, agreed with her husband, chiming in to say their “kids suffered” as a result of Josephs’ alleged actions.

“She’s here to take advantage of everything that’s going on, and she’s a real piece of garbage. If Margaret doesn’t apologize to you, she’s not even worth you even sitting in front of her, Teresa,” Ruelas said.

Shortly after the intense scene aired, countless viewers took to social media to call out the entrepreneur over his “cruel” comment, pointing out that Josephs’ son has chosen not to appear on “RHONJ.”

“Omg. For Luis to say I hope Marge’s son suffers is a bridge too far. Her son has never been on the show [and] has never spoken in the press about what allegedly happened or didn’t that was just cruel,” one person wrote on X.

“Luis is a REAL D–K to say that about Margaret’s SON suffering! He’s NOT a good PERSON!” another user shared.

“Look Margaret is a dumb bitch most of the time doing shady s–t. But Teresa… HonEY your man, wishing they suffer is wild! Luis is buck f–king wild! I would seriously try to get away from him Teresa!” a third viewer wrote.

“Louie wishing suffering on Margaret, her son, and their whole family? The guy is literally the devil,” another posted.

“So everyone is glossing over the fact that Louie said he wants Margaret’s son to suffer, someone who is not on the show and has nothing to do with this nonsense. That’s a true sociopath, no conscience,” a fifth viewer wrote.

Giudice also received backlash for criticizing Josephs’ husband, Joe Benigno, later in the episode for working as a “f–king plumber.”

“Marge being married to a plumber is an insult how? Joe is one of the best husbands on the show,” one “Housewives” enthusiast wrote on X.

“Teresa commenting on Joe being a plumber etc is disgusting.. real men work hard for a living Teresa and trade workers are above you,” another argued.

“Teresa saying Margaret’s husband is a plumber like it’s something to be ashamed of. She’s such TRASH,” a third X user added.

Giudice and Ruelas, who got married in August 2022, have been feuding with Josephs for years after claiming the “Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget” author had talked to his ex to dig up dirt on him.

However, during Sunday’s finale, Josephs dropped the bombshell that Jackie Goldschneider was actually the first “Jersey” cast member to speak with Ruelas’ ex.

Despite learning about the actual culprit, Giudice remained upset with Josephs and did not seem to care that Goldschneider, 47, admittedly had met up with the unnamed woman.

The “RHONJ” cast, which may be entirely rebooted due to their infighting, did not film a traditional reunion this season after their volatile “Last Supper.” Instead, they returned to Rails in two groups to shoot a one-off special, which airs next Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
