The world might be eagerly awaiting her performance at today’s Olympics 2024 opening ceremony, but Celine Dion showed no signs of nerves the night before the big event.
On Thursday, the 56-year-old music legend was spotted leaving her Paris hotel in head-to-toe Dior, wearing a pullover anorak ($4,000) and matching flared pants ($3,000) from the French fashion house.
She paired her four-figure designer tracksuit with chunky white sneakers and cat-eye sunglasses as she greeted a crowd of fans, even standing through her car’s sunroof to wave at onlookers.

Dion hasn’t publicly performed in several years. In 2022, she revealed she has been diagnosed with stiff person syndrome, a rare neurological condition that causes muscle stiffness and painful spasms.
Her illness forced her to pause her Las Vegas residency and cancel her “Courage” tour.
But earlier this week, a source confirmed to Pvnew that the Grammy winner was expected to perform at the Olympics opening ceremony.
And ahead of her highly anticipated onstage comeback, Dion has been spotted out and about in the City of Light in several typically stylish ensembles.
She wore a slouchy black blazer and white button-up teamed with a lace maxi skirt while leaving her hotel on Tuesday, and on Wednesday, Dion sported an elegant black Dior midi dress and matching slingbacks after an Olympics rehearsal.
