Megan Fox makes a cameo in Machine Gun Kelly’s and Jelly Roll’s new “Lonely Road” music video — and fans are confused.
When the singers released their collaboration Friday, stills of MGK kissing Fox’s apparent baby bump in multiple tight dresses went viral.
The actress, 38, and her on-again, off-again boyfriend, whose real name is Colson Baker, play with a little girl at the end of the video.

Megan Fox sparks pregnancy speculation with baby bump in MGK’s ‘Lonely Road’ music video
Megan Fox and MGK stay close at Michael Rubin’s star-studded white party after getting back together
The credits baffled fans further, as the final line reads, “Introducing: Baby Violet Leika.”
Social media users questioned whether the “New Girl” alum is pregnant in real life, with one saying she “need[ed] to know.”
Others congratulated the couple without waiting for /confirm/iation.
Many, however, pointed out that Fox has made multiple public appearances this summer — from a Summer Solstice Celebration in June to Michael Rubin’s white party the following month — without sparking pregnancy speculation.
One eagle-eyed Reddit user found an Instagram comment from a woman claiming to be the mother of the child in the video, confirming that Fox “is not” pregnant and “it was just for the video.”
She added, “my baby girl did so good and had so much fun.”
MGK and Fox’s reps have yet to respond to Pvnew’s requests for comment.
TikTok user Patrick VDV mused that the video and lyrics, which interpolate John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” are a way of mourning and processing MGK and Fox’s previous pregnancy loss.
“This song and music video might just be alluding to the fact that if Colson did something different … would they have their child today?” he wondered.
The rapper referenced the miscarriage in his song “Don’t Let Me Go” last year, and Fox wrote about the “really tragic” loss in her poetry book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”
She told WWD in November 2023 that the loss was “harder” to handle with than her previous ectopic pregnancy, leading to “a lot of grief and suffering.”
She and MGK have been an item since 2020, with the Grammy nominee getting down on one knee two years later.
The duo, however, sparked breakup rumors in 2023 — and Fox confirmed in a March “Call Her Daddy” podcast episode that they are no longer engaged.
While the “Jennifer’s Body” star, who shares three children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, did not define her relationship status with MGK at the time, she said, “There will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say what the capacity will be.”
The pair, who have since been seen cuddled up at Stagecoach, lock lips in Friday’s music video.
