Josh Flagg poked fun at the legitimacy of the realtors featured on “Selling Sunset.”

The “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” star appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” where host Andy Cohen asked if he had “ever watched” the competing Netflix show.

“No. I only like to watch licensed real estate brokers,” Flagg savagely responded.

Cohen immediately broke into a fit of laughter and applauded him for his answer while the crowd let out a collective, “Oooo.”

“So how ’bout them apples?” Flagg, 38, said.

Reps for both the show and the Oppenheim Group didn’t return Pvnew’s request for comment.

Flagg has starred on “MDLLA” since 2006, when he was just 21 years old. He has built up his real estate portfolio over the years and was previously ranked as one of the top-ranked agents in California by the Hollywood Reporter.

Meanwhile, “Selling Sunset” revolves around a group of women who work at the Oppenheim Group in Los Angeles.

The series follows around the realtors –– including Mary Fitzgerald Bonnet, Heather Rae El Moussa and Chrishell Stause –– as they work on growing their real estate empire while also navigating their complicated friendships and love lives.

The Oppenheim Group was previously questioned on their legitimacy after Chrissy Teigen admitted she had “never seen” the agents in the LA community.

“I will say, I look at LA real estate a lot and have never seen any of these people lol either have our agents, who I have obsessively asked,” she tweeted in 2020.

Shortly afterwards, El Moussa clapped back at Teigen and told KTLA that she has “had my real estate license since 2014.”

“I’ve been with The Oppenheim Group since 2015. I sold my first house within three months of having my license. It was a $7.2 million house. A week later, I sold a one-and-a-half million dollar condo,” she said.

El Moussa invited Teigen to “look up the proof” and visit their office that they’ve been in “for almost six years.”

“So, you know, maybe because she doesn’t know us doesn’t mean we’re not real estate agents,” she said.

Oppenheim Group founder Jason Oppenheim also assured Pvnew that “Mary, Heather, Maya and Christine were licensed and successful real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group.”
