Bradley Cooper snapped up a grandiose $6.5 million home on a 33-acre plot of land in Pennsylvania — just a stone’s throw away from girlfriend Gigi Hadid’s family estate.
Pvnew exclusively revealed in December 2023 that the “Maestro” actor purchased the lavish farmhouse situated close to Gigi’s mom Yolanda Hadid’s $4 million horse farm in New Hope, Penn.
Cooper’s sprawling manse, which was built in 1704, has undergone several renovations over the years resulting in a vintage home with a modern feel, as reported by NY Post.

The abode features seven bedrooms and six baths as well as an updated guest house and a stone bank barn.
The rooms pay homage to a simpler time with cozy fireplaces, exposed stone detailing and charming wood-beamed ceilings.
However, the home is updated where it counts, including Cooper’s sleek contemporary Boffi kitchen that has state-of-the-art appliances, minimalist cabinetry, simple light fixtures and glossy gray stone countertops
Likewise, Cooper’s bathrooms have been refurbished with lovely stone sinks and stylish accents.
The Oscar-nominated movie star also gets to enjoy a spacious fitness area, a homey family room and a screen porch overlooking the lush landscaping.
The property also boasts a luxurious swimming pool, a beautiful pond and access to a placid 20-acre private lake where visitors can kayak and canoe.
Cooper hails from Abington Township near Philadelphia, so he’s no stranger to the state. However, it’s probably no coincidence that his rustic manor is just eight minutes by car to his girlfriend’s family home.
He and Hadid have been romantically linked since October 2023 and have stepped out together on several occasions.
An insider told Pvnew in November 2023 that year that the lovebirds were “getting serious very quickly” and are “together every day.”
Gigi previously dated Cooper’s pal Leonardo DiCaprio in 2022 after her split from ex-partner Zayn Malik a year prior.
The “Next in Fashion” host and Malik co-parent their daughter Khai, whom they welcomed in 2020, despite ending their relationship after he allegedly assaulted her mom, Yolanda Hadid.
Meanwhile, Cooper and ex-partner Irina Shayk welcomed daughter Lea De Seine in 2017. Cooper and the Russian model dated for four years before splitting amicably in 2019. They have continued to co-parent their child, even vacationing together as a family at times.
