He’s lowering the bar yet again.
Tom Sandoval deactivated his Instagram shortly after suing ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix for accessing the explicit video of Raquel Leviss that led to their relationship’s demise — but his defunct account didn’t stop the Bravosphere from trolling him through other means online.
Sandoval’s Instagram went cold early Wednesday, making it impossible for “Vanderpump Rules” fans to react to the shocking lawsuit via his personal page.

Instead, netizens flocked to the official Instagram account for the Los Angeles-based bar he co-owns with his co-star Tom Schwarz, Schwartz & Sandy’s.
“Tom Sandoval is suing Ariana now!? Are u f–ing kidding me. Fire that scum b*g now. He is the lowest of the low and I will not spend ONE DOLLAR at your establishment it if will go to that trashbagg [sic],” one angry person commented on the bar’s latest post.
“Imagine being poor [co-owner Greg Morris] and just trying to run a bar, while Tom Sandoval is actively lowering the bar in so many ways, like suing your ex for finding out you were cheating,” a second wrote.
“Won’t sell the house and is now suing Ariana. Schwartz knock some sense into your mate before he takes you all down with him,” a third user wrote, referring to the home Sandoval and Madix shared before — and during — his cheating scandal.
“Team Arianna [sic] forever. This is a new low even for you. Cancel the Tom’s. Cancel Tom Tom and cancel Schwartz and Sandy’s,” a Madix supporter suggested, mentioning Schwartz and Sandoval’s other bar in West Hollywood, Calif.
“Leave her alone,” another begged, referring to the “Chicago” actress. “You said you would. You put her through enough.”
“SANDOVAL WANTS TO BE ARIANA AND CAN’T HELP BUT BE A SMALL BOY AND TERRORIZE HER FOR HIS BAD CHOICES. Have the day you deserve wherever you are Tom,” another wrote in all caps.
Others resorted to low-blow name-calling and dubbed Sandoval “disgusting,” a “true garbage human” and a clown.
In the lawsuit, Sandoval, 42, accused Madix, 39, of “obtain[ing] access” to explicit clips of Leviss, 29, from his phone without “authorization or permission,” Us Weekly reported Tuesday.
The cover band frontman claimed Madix made “copies” of the footage and “distributed” them to “Leviss and third parties,” according to the court documents.
The events unfolded on March 1, 2023, when Madix learned of Sandoval’s months-long affair with their co-star Leviss when she found a NSFW FaceTime recording on his phone.
Madix swiftly ended their nine-year relationship over Sandoval’s headline-making transgressions, which fans dubbed “Scandoval.”
The drama played out on Seasons 10 and 11 of their reality TV show — despite Leviss, 29, not returning to the series for the latter.
The former pageant queen previously claimed Sandoval had filmed her without her consent and sued him and Madix for revenge porn, eavesdropping, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
Amid all the madness, Madix has found love again with boyfriend Daniel Wai while Sandoval is dating model Victoria Lee Robinson.
