“The most hated man in America” is back at it.
Tom Sandoval is being slammed for suing Ariana Madix one year after cheating on her for months with their friend Raquel Leviss.
Madix’s lawyer, Jordan Susman, told Pvnew in a statement that Sandoval, 42, is “abhorrent” for “continu[ing] to torment” his ex-girlfriend by accusing her of accessing explicit videos of Leviss on his phone without his “authorization or permission.”

The cover band frontman also alleged in court docs obtained by Us Weekly that Madix, 39, made “copies” of the footage and sent them to “Leviss and third parties.”
Madix “is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims,” according to her attorney.
“For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself,” Susman wrote. “He has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image.”
The lawyer called Sandoval’s legal filing an “attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing” after “engaging in an illicit affair” and “shatt[ering] her home and stability.”
Susman claimed that Sandoval “knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.”
The former couple’s “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Katie Maloney shared a similar sentiment while eviscerating him on Instagram.
“He did share his phone password with his partner at that time,” Maloney, 37, wrote in a comment. “Mans confused about how that bit works I guess. … You f–king suck dude.”
Sandoval has deactivated his Instagram account amid backlash, with Bravo fans calling him out on his and Tom Schwartz’s profile for their Tom Tom restaurant and bar instead.

Sandoval’s lawyer told Us Weekly Wednesday that his lawsuit is a “cross complaint” in response to Leviss suing him and Madix in February.
The former pageant queen accused her fellow cast members of revenge porn, eavesdropping, intentional infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy at the time.
“This customary legal action was crucial to ensure that liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party,” Sandoval’s lawyer, Matthew Geragos — who is Leviss’ lawyer Mark Geragos’ brother — wrote.
Sandoval and Leviss’ dalliance came to light in March 2023 when Madix saw a clip of an intimate FaceTime video on her then-partner’s phone.
Leviss wrote in her February lawsuit that Madix sent her “two screen recorded videos and a text that said, ‘You’re dead to me,'” making her “terrified” of a “leak.”
The “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast host later alleged to Bethenny Frankel that the video call was recorded without her consent.
Madix and Sandoval have both countersued Leviss, with the Schwartz and Sandy’s co-owner filing to get the case dismissed — only for a judge to grant Leviss the right to continue suing him in April.
