“Vanderpump Rules” star Katie Maloney did not mince her words when she learned that Tom Sandoval was suing his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix for “obtain[ing] access” to explicit videos of Rachel “Raquel” Leviss on his phone without “authorization or permission.”
“Authorized permission.. interesting choice of words pal,” Maloney commented on @_surrules’ Instagram page. “Anyways, you f–king suck dude.”
Maloney, 37, went on to inform a fellow commenter that Sandoval — who carried on a months-long affair with Leviss behind Madix’s back — “did share his phones [sic] pass code with his partner at the time.”
She added, “Mans [sic] confused about how that bit works I guess.”

Last March, Madix, 39, discovered her then-boyfriend’s dalliance with Leviss, 29, after seeing an “intimate” FaceTime video of her on his phone, which the former beauty pageant queen later claimed he recorded without her “consent.”
Sandoval alleged in his lawsuit that Madix made “copies” of the footage and “distributed” them to “Leviss and third parties.”
The new “Love Island USA” host, for her part, has denied sending the footage to anyone but Leviss on the night she discovered it.
Her attorney also told Pvnew in part that Sandoval, 42, “knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.”
Meanwhile, Sandoval’s lawyer insisted that filing the “cross complaint” against Madix was a “customary legal action” following the “revenge porn” lawsuit Leviss filed against them both in February.
In it, Leviss claimed Madix messaged her “two screen-recorded videos and a text that said, ‘You’re dead to me,'” which left the ex-Bravolebrity “terrified” that her former co-star would “leak” the footage online.
Sandoval and Madix both filed countersuits against Leviss in April.
Fans online are echoing Maloney’s sentiments, and many have even dredged up the TomTom co-owner’s Season 11 reunion comments condemning Leviss for suing Madix.
“It’s one thing for her to come after me, but to come after Ariana — I’m just, like, questioning if she has a f–king soul,” Sandoval said in the May episode.
One X user posted in light of the news, “You are suing your ex-girlfriend of 9 years because she saw a video on your phone where she found out that you had been cheating on her for months, and now you want to sue her? Tom Sandoval is VILE! I wish him nothing but the hottest part of hell.”
Someone else wrote, “tom sandoval is legitimately one of the most treacherous, narcissistic, and sociopathic people i’ve ever seen on television. i can’t even believe he’s a real person and not a cartoon villain.”
Yet another critic remarked, “I truly believe Tom Sandoval is a demon. Suing your ex-girlfriend because she caught you cheating? like how mentally challenged do you have to be to even think to do this? Obviously, this won’t hold up in court but to think to do this is diabolical. Sub-human behavior.”
