Lukasiak, 47, was driving when she crashed into a tree, causing a telephone pole to fall suspended over her car, TMZ reports.
Authorities on the scene reportedly described Lukasiak as having bloodshot and glassy eyes and talking with slurred speech. The outlet also reports that, per the police report, a cop noted Lukasiak’s breath smelling of alcohol.
The Lifetime star reportedly admitted she drank two glasses of wine before getting into the driver’s seat.
She agreed to take a preliminary breath test, which reportedly came back positive.
Lukasiak was also asked to do a field sobriety test, prompting law enforcement to determine that she was not capable of safely operating a vehicle in her state, the website reported.
Pvnew has reached out to Lukasiak and her attorney for comment.
She and her daughter, Chloé Lukasiak, starred on the first four seasons of “Dance Moms,” which captured an inside look at Abby Lee Miller’s dance studio in Pittsburgh, Penn.
The mother-daughter duo exited the show after Season 4 wrapped in 2014 after butting heads with Miller, though they made a quick cameo in Season 7.
Christi and Chloé, 23, returned to the franchise this past May for “Dance Moms: The Reunion” and “Dance Mom: Epic Showdowns.”
“I wanted to be able to just go and speak my mind and address some of the issues that we never got to talk about before,” Chloé told Buzzfeed in May on her reason for returning.
“It really truly felt like closing the book on ‘Dance Moms,’ which was good for me,” she continued. “I needed that closure to move on and kind of leave Chloé from ‘Dance Moms’ in the past and go forward as my own individual self.”
As for Chloé’s mom, Christi told the outlet that she still keeps in touch with the other moms from the show and they occasionally talk in a group chat.
“I talked to some moms more than the others,” Christi said, adding, “We all have different personalities, clearly.”
