Josh filed for a dissolution of marriage in Orange County, Calif., on Monday, according to court documents obtained by Pvnew.

The real estate agent cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their divorce and stated that they separated on July 8.
Strangely, Christina, 41, revealed to E! News just last week that the secret to her strong marriage with Josh was “being communicative.”
Josh is also asking Christina to pay him alimony and wants to terminate the court’s ability to award financial support from him to her, the filing shows.
He is asking the court to divide their assets based on what they each owned before they tied the knot in October 2021.
The estranged couple doesn’t appear to have a prenuptial agreement and there is no need for a custody battle as they don’t have any children together.
Sources with knowledge of the situation told TMZ that Christina also filed divorce documents on Monday but that they have not yet been processed in the system.
As for their business endeavors, Josh is seeking all the rights to any HGTV and Discovery Network shows or specials that they produced together during their marriage.
The exes have a home makeover show, set to premiere in 2025. It was a spinoff of Christina’s now-defunct “Flip or Flop” series with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa.
Christina, whose maiden name is Haack, was married to El Moussa, 42, from 2009 to 2018. Together they share daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8. El Moussa married Heather Ray Young in 2021 and they share 1-year-old son, Tristan.
The “Christina in the Country” star then married Ant Anstead in December 2018 and they welcomed their son Hudson, 4, in September 2019. They separated in November 2020 and finalized their divorce in June 2021.
But Christina wasn’t single for long as Pvnew exclusively revealed in July 2021 that she had been dating Josh for a few months.
She confirmed their engagement two months later and hit back at internet trolls for claiming she had moved too quickly. In April 2022, they confirmed they had secretly tied the knot months prior.
Christina’s rep had no comment.
