It’s nice to have a friend like Gigi Hadid.
Taylor Swift recently unwrapped a unique gift from her model BFF: a bespoke ring from Cece Jewellery “designed to keep her favorite things close,” as jeweler Cece Fein-Hughes shared on Instagram Monday.
“What an absolute honor it was to create something special for Taylor Swift!!!!!!!” Fein-Hughes captioned several shots of the custom enamel-painted creation, cast from 18-karat yellow gold.
“This piece features her famous cat, Benjamin Button, encircled by a lustrous pearl border with flaming hearts on either side. It includes her favorite number, 13, on one side and Travis Kelce’s jersey number 87 on the other.”

Along with the face of Swift’s beloved rescue kitten and the duo of meaningful numerals, the ring also has a “hidden engraving” on the inside of the band: “TTPD,” a nod to her album “The Tortured Poets Department.”
Concluded the jeweler of Swift, “It’s been amazing seeing her shine on the London stage, and we are keeping our eyes peeled to hopefully see her wearing it soon.”
While Fein-Hughes didn’t name Hadid as the gift-giver, the catwalker made it clear by commenting on the post: “It’s perfect … thank u x”
Replied the founder, “Thankyou [sic] for being the bestest friend a girl could have and picking this piece for Taylor!!”
Similar painted signet rings on the Cece Jewellery website start at almost $4,000 and can cost over $12,000, making this quite the generous gift indeed.
Featured as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 for 2023, Fein-Hughes studied history of art at the University of Exeter before launching her namesake label; she paints each design by hand before it’s rendered in enamel on the final piece.
“Inspired by the storytelling and styling of old-school tattoos, Cece tells stories on a golden canvas,” the site’s “about” page reads.
“Drawing on mythology and symbolism, each design creates and reflects meaning for its wearer.”
While Swift has yet to be spotted wearing this special ring, she debuted a different symbolic band during her Eras Tour show on Sunday: a Tiffany & Co. design featuring a pair of diamond-studded Ts, seemingly foreshadowing that her famous boyfriend would be joining her onstage later in the evening.
