Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky came together to gift their 16-year-old daughter, Portia, a $90,000 Porsche.
The exes cordially gathered to surprise the teenager with her first brand-new car as they were seen escorting Portia out of their family’s Beverly Hills, Calif., home Tuesday, per clips posted to their daughter Sophia’s TikTok.
As they walked out the front door both A-list parents quipped, “Whose car is that?”

Portia became visibly overwhelmed as tears welled up in her eyes and she covered her mouth.
“Are you serious?” she said while rushing toward the all-black luxury vehicle — which appeared to be a Cayenne Coupé ranging anywhere between $84,700 and $203,000 — elegantly topped with a red bow.
The high schooler couldn’t speak as she hugged an unidentified woman standing in front of the car who cleverly joked, “Portia’s new Porsche.”
Richards, 55, and Umansky, 53, simultaneously walked up to hug their daughter as they both laughed at her wholesome reaction.
They were also joined by their 28-year-old daughter, Alexia, as their 24-year-old daughter, Sophia, recorded the milestone.
Meanwhile, Richards’ eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, 35, with whom she shares from a previous relationship, wasn’t in attendance.
“Surprise,” Sophia captioned the clip.
A follow-up video showed the entire family inside the mini SUV as Portia took her new wheels on a joy ride around their ritzy estate.
“Yeehaw,” Umansky said as Portia enthusiastically added, “I’m whipping it!”
The inside of the pricey vehicle boasted tan seats.
Shortly before receiving her gift, the youngest of the Umansky clan had taken and passed her driver’s license test.
However, she didn’t receive her license as she failed to wait the required six-month period after getting her driver’s permit to qualify for the behind-the-wheel test.
“It’s only been five months since I took the permit test. I need to wait another month to take this stupid thing,” Portia told her famous sisters, who went with her for support.
“I’m literally fuming. I’m so upset, but I did pass.”
Portia’s latest milestone comes as she celebrated her Sweet 16 on March 1.
At the time, Umansky and Richards once again put aside their differences as they reunited to celebrate their daughter’s big day.
In pictures obtained by Pvnew, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and the “Buying Beverly Hills” star were seen together ahead of the intimate celebration with their daughters following shortly behind.
They even left the private event together with Richards driving and Umansky riding shotgun.
It’s been nearly a year since Pvnew confirmed that the former couple were separating after 27 years of marriage.
Despite their split, the two continued to live together up until recently when the father of three moved out of their shared home and into a West Hollywood pad.
“I always knew when that day came it would feel strange, very real all of a sudden,” Richards explained on the “Bitch Bible” podcast in May. “And that’s exactly what happened.”
“The day that he moved out was just strange because I came home and I’m like, ‘Everything’s so quiet,’” she continued.
While the reality stars have yet to file for divorce, the “Halloween” star recently dropped Umanksy from her last name on Instagram, though she continues to describe herself as “wife” in her bio.
As Richards navigates the breakup, her sister Kathy Hilton revealed it’s been “very scary” for the actress to be on her own after nearly three decades with her estranged husband.
