Kate Middleton was seen sharing a sweet moment with her 9-year-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, in a behind-the-scenes video from Trooping the Colour Saturday.
In the clip, posted on the Princess of Wales and her husband Prince William’s joint Instagram account, the proud mom gently fixes her daughter’s hair before heading out to the royal event together.
Middleton, 42, was also accompanied by her sons, Prince George, 10, and Prince Louis, 6.
The youngest appears excited in the video when he sees a carriage pull up to take them to the parade.

The children are then seen sitting in the royal carriage as Louis gives an adorable little wave goodbye.
“All set for The King’s Birthday Parade!,” the video’s caption states.
A day earlier, it was confirmed that Middleton would be participating in Trooping the Colour in what would be her first public appearance amid her cancer battle.
“I’m looking forward to attending the king’s birthday parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet,” the Princess of Wales said in a statement on Friday.
“I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal.”
She also shared a photo of her taken in Windsor, England, earlier this week.
Despite a downpour, King Charles’ birthday parade was a success, culminating with the royal family gathering on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch a Flypast and wave to the crowds below.
Prior to Trooping the Colour, Middleton’s last official public appearance was in December 2023 when she joined her family for a Christmas service at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, England.
In March, the mother of three released an emotional video announcing that she was battling cancer.
She said at the time, “It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them and to reassure them that I am going to be OK.”
