The “Golden Bachelor” star’s divorce from Theresa Nist has been finalized, according to Indiana court documents we obtained Thursday.
A marital settlement agreement dated June 4 cites that “certain irreconcilable differences heretofore arisen between the parties culminated in their separation.”

The settlement agreement notes Turner and Nist do not have children together and states that they are each entitled to their “sole and separate property,” including real estate, vehicles, personal items, bank accounts and employment benefits.
The two signed a prenuptial agreement before their Jan. 4 wedding.
Meanwhile, a summary decree of the dissolution of their marriage dated June 12 says both parties “waived final hearing due to no remaining contested issues.”

Turner, 72, submitted his divorce petition on April 12, requesting to end his three-month marriage to Nist, 70.
He cited an “irretrievable breakdown” as the reason for the split and listed that same day as the date of separation.
Turner and the financial services professional announced their breakup on “Good Morning America” just hours before the former filed his paperwork.
“Theresa and I have had a number of heart-to-heart conversations, and we’ve looked closely at our situation, our living situation, so forth, and we’ve kind of come to the conclusion, mutually, that it’s probably time for us to dissolve our marriage,” he explained at the time.
Turner resides in Indiana, while Nist remains in New Jersey — where their families live.
When journalist Juju Chang asked whether that meant they were getting a divorce, Turner replied, “Yes.”
Nist, for her part, added, “We have received so much love and support from so many people who watched ‘The Golden Bachelor,’ and I don’t think we can tell you how many people told us that it gave them so much hope. We want none of that to change for anybody.”
The exes were both previously married and widowed when they fell in love on the first season of the Bachelor Nation spinoff show.
Turner proposed to Nist during the series finale, which aired in November 2023.
Two months later, the duo said “I do” in a televised ceremony attended by several fan favorites from the season.
