Kaitlyn Bristowe admitted she is still coming to grips with her ex-fiancé Jason Tartick moving on.
Shortly after Tartick went Instagram-official with his new girlfriend, Kat Stickler, on Wednesday, Bristowe shared her candid reaction in a private Facebook group.
“It’s actually hurting more than you know and for reasons other than most know,” the former “Bachelorette” wrote from her verified account, according to a screenshot seen by Pvnew.

Bristowe, 38, asked the group’s other members not to “make assumptions” about her feelings, adding, “This is hard and that’s confusing for me too. Not just you.”
In another comment, the “Off the Vine” podcast host shared that she has “some held on anger and resentment” that she is “working through” but clarified she is “not hurt.”
She did not immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for additional comment.
Bristowe’s response came mere hours after Tartick, 35, and Stickler, 29, shared a pair of cozy photos in a joint Instagram post, marking the first time they have confirmed their relationship online.
The new couple was first linked in April after attending a party in New York City together.
Tartick has since met Stickler’s 4-year-old daughter, Mary-Katherine, whom the social media influencer shares with her ex-husband, Mike Stickler.
Bristowe, for her part, is rumored to be dating Zac Clark, who was previously engaged to another former “Bachelorette” lead, Tayshia Adams.
Bristowe and Tartick announced their breakup in August 2023 after four years together.
The reality stars started dating in January 2019 and got engaged in May 2021.
Bristowe rose to fame as a contestant on Chris Soules’ season of “The Bachelor” in 2015 before becoming the Season 11 “Bachelorette” later that year.
She was engaged to her season’s winner, Shawn Booth, until 2018.
That same year, Tartick joined Bachelor Nation as a part of Becca Kufrin’s season of “The Bachelorette.”
