Tori Spelling was all smiles celebrating son Finn’s fifth grade graduation this week – amid reports that the actress “trashed” and moved out of her rental home.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star shared a pic of her and her son posing in front of a blue backdrop with silver balloons.
Spelling dressed to impress for the occasion, rocking a blue dress, chunky black boots and jewelry, while her new graduate wore a Class of 2024 T-shirt, black cargo shorts, tall socks and black sneakers.

“And, just like that I have a 5th grade graduate,” Spelling, 51, captioned her post. “Finn Davey I’m so proud of you! Bye elementary school and hello middle school. I love you chat!”
The actress also included a “disclaimer” for the “haters.”
“Dress code was shorts FYI,” she explained of Finn’s ensemble. “bc they had student/teacher kickball aka sports day right b4.”
The “misSpelling” podcast host celebrated the milestone shortly after the Daily Mail reported that she and her five kids had left their five-bedroom San Fernando Valley rental home in terrible condition.
“It’s completely trashed. Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back,” a neighbor told the outlet, noting that a clean-up crew filled a “big dumpster” several times with miscellaneous items.
“The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home,” the insider further claimed of scents left by Spelling’s pets. “There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.”
The outlet also published photos that showed various items –– including furniture –– sitting on the curb of the home awaiting pickup.
The property is reportedly still being listed for nearly $17,000 per month.
Spelling and her kids moved into the home in February amid the actress’ divorce from Dean McDermott.
The family of six moved out of their first rental home in July 2023 after a mold infestation made some of the family members sick. They then transitioned to a $100-a-night motel before camping it up in an RV.
By October 2023, Spelling landed on another rental home in Woodland Hills, Calif. However, they had to move out once again after a SWAT team intervened at a neighboring home’s hostage situation.
It’s unclear where Spelling will take the children next or why she fled the home just four months after signing the lease.
