Was infidelity to blame for Christian Nodal’s split from Cazzu?
The Mexican superstar, 25, hints that cheating led to the demise of their relationship in his scathing new single “Kbron y Medio,” which, in English, translates to “Bastard and a Half.”
“Yes when you are good, they cheat on you,” Nodal croons in the English translation of the Spanish record, which was released Thursday. “For this broken heart, I think I already have the perfect remedy.”

Elsewhere, the musician expresses his willingness to move on with other women after separating from 30-year-old Cazzu, whose real name is Julieta Cazzucheli.
“My kisses don’t come back, to be for one,” he sings. “My bed is ready to receive bitches.”
A rep for Cazzu didn’t immediately respond to Pvnew’s request for comment.
Nodal simultaneously dropped the music video for “Kbron y Medio” — filmed in Miami, Fla., and helmed by renowned director Carlos Perez — which sees the Latin artist playing a man scorned by the unfaithful actions of a lover.
In a statement obtained by Pvnew, Nodal explained that the pain of a breakup inspired “Kbron y Medio” — the lead single from his fourth studio album, “P’al Cora.”
“Love and heartbreak are the inspiration behind the best songs, created out of pure feeling. ‘Kbron y Medio’ tells the story that we have all gone through at some point in our lives, or will go through in the future — what we are capable of doing when we are heartbroken,” the singer said.
“I hope you like the lyrics and performance as much as I do,” he added, addressing his fans directly. “And let’s soon have a Don Julio tequila singing it at one of the concerts on the tour.”
Nodal — whose 25-date U.S. arena tour kicks off Sept. 11 in Seattle, Wa. — and Cazzu announced in May that they were separating after two years of dating.
“The time has come to share that Julieta and I have gone our separate ways. Our mutual love and respect remain strong, especially in our role as parents to our wonderful daughter, Inti,” Nodal — who welcomed his little girl with the Argentine rapper in September 2023 — wrote via social media.
“I am deeply grateful for our shared moments and will always carry those memories with affection. I appreciate your support and understanding during this time of change.”
