The “Kardashians” star posed in her Boohoo collection following her September 2023 emergency fetal surgery, showing her bare belly in a crop top and an unbuttoned skirt.
“I have a scar from my surgery where they went into my amniotic sac,” she said in Thursday’s episode of her family’s Hulu show, comparing herself to “a fragile little egg.”

While the mark could be seen in the footage, it was seemingly edited out of the final photos.
Kardashian, 45, shared them via Instagram in October 2023 while promoting her controversial collaboration.
By that time, the Poosh creator had spoken publicly about her headline-making hospitalization.
“As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery,” she told her Instagram followers. “I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.
“I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
Kardashian went into more detail in last week’s Season 5 premiere, clarifying that the “traumatic” procedure took place after an ultrasound raised concerns.
The reality star noted, “There’s a hole in the amniotic sac from where they had to go in. I’m not allowed to drive. I’m not allowed to stand for more than 20 minutes. I’m really not leaving the house.”
She clarified that the complication was a “super rare thing” and not “age-related.”
Kardashian gave birth to her and Travis Barker’s first child together, a baby boy named Rocky, two months after the procedure.
She is also the mother of son Mason, 14, daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, 9, with ex Scott Disick.
The Blink-182 drummer, meanwhile, co-parents son Landon, 20, and daughter Alabama, 18, with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler and also remains close with his 25-year-old former stepdaughter, Atiana.
Barker, 48, and Kardashian have yet to show Rocky’s face on social media since his November 2023 arrival.
