Kanye West vehemently denied “baseless” allegations that he sexually harassed his former Yeezy assistant Lauren Pisciotta.
In a statement to Pvnew via his lawyers Tuesday, the “Heartless” rapper — whose legal name is Ye — claimed the onlyFans model attempted to pursue “him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits” and then blackmailed him when “her advances were rejected.”
“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta,” the statement reads. “Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved.”

“She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct,” his legal team continued.
Per the lawyers, “Pisciotta offered Ye sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours.”
The influencer also allegedly bragged about being “ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss.”
Pisciotta allegedly tried to coerce West, 46, sexually to get him to pay for her Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and plastic surgery.
“Upon having her advances rebuked, Pisciotta’s blackmail demands have gone from $60 million last year to $50 million in last week’s frivolous filing,” his lawyers claimed.
They also slammed Pisciotta’s behavior as “entirely inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment.”
West’s team concluded their statement by claiming that Pisciotta used her position at the clothing brand “to seek material gains, clout, and employment through inappropriate means.”
According to court documents obtained by Pvnew on Monday, Pisciotta is suing the “Bound 2” rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
She claimed that she was hired in July 2021 with a starting $1 million salary under the condition that she had to be available to the rapper at all times.
He allegedly offered her an extra $1 million if she deleted her onlyFans account to be more “god like” — but she claimed he never paid up.
In her lawsuit, Pisciotta alleged West sent her inappropriate text messages, detailing how he wanted to experience sexual intercourse. He also allegedly sent his ex-assistant snaps and videos of himself having sex with models.
Pisciotta described several sexually inappropriate incidents with West, including how he would allegedly masturbate while they were on the phone with her.
She also detailed how West allegedly locked her in a room with him while he masturbated until falling asleep.
Pisciotta claimed she denied the “Runaway” crooner’s sexual advances, which angered him.
By September 2022, Pisciotta had been promoted to chief of staff with a $4 million. However, she was fired a month later and offered a severance of $3 million, which she claimed to have not received.
