Jennifer Lopez admitted that she’s still unsure about what she’s going to wear to the Met Gala 2024 –– despite being a co-host of the May 6 event.
“I have a few different sketches, I’m still deciding,” she said in an Instagram video shared by Vogue on Wednesday three weeks ahead of the star-studded red carpet.
The “On The Floor” singer, 54, explained that she’s just “one of those people who chooses at the last minute.”

“I like choices, and then I go, ‘OK, this is how I feel today,’ and then we try to kinda create some type of amazing look, because that is the night for looks!” she continued.
Lopez also called co-hosting alongside Anna Wintour Zendaya, Bad Bunny and Chris Hemsworth a “real honor” and a “nice thing to be apart of” for the “biggest night in fashion.”
The co-chairs and other A-List guests will all abide by the 2024 theme, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” with the dress code, “the garden of time,” referencing the historical nature of the accompanying exhibit.
Lopez has previously worn a slew of head-turning looks over the years since first attending the famous event in 1999.
Most recently, she stunned in a black crisscross Ralph Lauren gown that showed off her abs with a long pink bottom and separate black train at the 2023 Met Gala that honored Karl Lagerfeld.
The “This is Me…Now” star skipped the gala in 2022 but went with a rodeo-inspired look in a brown Ralph Lauren gown with a deep neckline and long slit up her leg in 2021.
Lopez’s husband, Ben Affleck, didn’t walk the red carpet with her, but he joined her later, and they were famously photographed kissing with their face masks on.
The Grammy winner also showed off her fashionista skills when wearing a silver beaded Versace dress in 2019 for the “Camp: Notes on Fashion” theme, which she attended with her then-fiancé, Alex Rodriguez.
Lopez is just one of many celebs expected to walk up the famous Met steps, but Wintour famously keeps the invite list close to her chest.
However, Page Six exclusively reported that some of the celebrities in attendance will include past guests Rihanna, Kendall Jenner, Olivia Rodrigo, Uma Thurman, Sarah Paulson, Cara Delevingne and Barry Keoghan.
There will also be some newbies expected to make their Met Gala debut –– including Lily Gladstone from “Killers of the Flower Moon” and Ayo Edebiri from “The Bear.”
Sources also told us that Gisele Bündchen is on the coveted list, but it’s still unclear if she’ll bring her boyfriend, jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente.
