Joy Behar theorized that Sharon Stone is enjoying her public feud with Billy Baldwin because it made her relevant again.
The “View” co-hosts were discussing Stone’s revelation that producer Robert Evans allegedly asked her to have sex with Baldwin to improve his acting for their 1993 film “Sliver.”
Shortly after Stone name dropped Baldwin and the late Evans, Baldwin fired back and wondered if he “should write a book and tell the many, many disturbing, kinky and unprofessional tales about Sharon?”

“It doesn’t make sense! It’s called acting,” Behar quipped.
Behar shared her hot take after some of her co-hosts questioned why Stone, 66, shared the names over 30 years after the film debuted.
“Sharon, are you still upset 30 years later?” Sunny Hostin asked, while also clarifying that Baldwin “lashed out” with his response.

Whoopi Goldberg also wondered why Stone decided to “bring it up anyway” –– especially with Baldwin’s marriage in the spotlight after his wife, Chynna Phillips, announced her “deep dive into Jesus.”
“Maybe he’s just sick of people taking pot shots at him,” Goldberg theorized.
Sara Haines agreed that Stone didn’t have to emphasize how Baldwin, 66, “was the problem” on the film, but his response was still “snarky and reactive.”
However, Alyssa Farah Griffin argued that Baldwin should’ve kept quiet about the allegations in light of the #MeToo movement.
The talk show hosts talked about the entire ordeal after Baldwin issued his response to Stone’s allegations on Tuesday.
“Not sure why Sharon Stone keep [sic] talking about me all these years later? Does she still have a crush on me or is she still hurt after all these years because I shunned her advances?” he wrote on X.
Alec Baldwin’s brother further claimed that he has “so much dirt on her it would make her head spin.”
“The story of the meeting I had with Bob Evans imploring him allow me to choreograph the final sex scene in the photo below so I wouldn’t have to kiss Sharon is absolute legend. Wonder if I should write a book and tell the many, many disturbing, kinky and unprofessional tales about Sharon? That might be fun,” he wrote.
The “Gossip Girl” alum made the social media post just hours after Stone made headlines for revealing that Evans was the producer who suggested she have sex with Baldwin for their movie.
“He’s running around his office in sunglasses explaining to me that he slept with Ava Gardner and I should sleep with Billy Baldwin, because if I slept with Billy Baldwin, Billy Baldwin’s performance would get better, and we needed Billy to get better in the movie because that was the problem,” Stone said on the “Louis Theroux” podcast Monday.
The “Basic Instinct” actress further claimed that Evans told her it would give the pair better “chemistry on screen” to “save the movie.”
“Now all of a sudden I’m in the ‘I have to f–k people’ business,” she added.
Stone first revealed the alleged incident in her 2021 memoir, but she didn’t divulge Evans or Baldwin’s names.
