This holiday season is heating up.
Mark Wahlberg and wife Rhea Durham flaunted their fit figures while galavanting on the beach during their family vacation in Barbados on Tuesday.
The “Ted” star, 52, put his bulging biceps and rippling six-pack abs on full display as he took a dip in the ocean, according to photos obtained by Pvnew.
Wahlberg looked cool in a green swimsuit and Zegna sunglasses as his toned tummy glistened in the sunny weather.
Durham, 45, was spotted cooling off along the sandy shoreline by dipping her toes in the waves.
The former model accentuated her curves in a red triangle top bikini and black cat-eye Prada shades.
The couple has been vacationing at the ultra-luxurious Sandy Lane Hotel with their four kids: Ella, 20, Michael, 17, Brendan, 15, and Grace, 13.
At one point, the proud parents were seen relaxing in lounge chairs under umbrellas with their eldest daughter.
As Pvnew previously reported, Wahlberg and Durham were seen showing PDA while canoodling in water at the 5-star resort ahead of Christmas.
The pair held hands and giggled as they floated in the ocean. In another sweet moment, their youngest daughter joined them for a swim.
The Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch alum and Durham, who tied the knot in 2009, have been extremely committed to their workout routines together.
In May, Wahlberg told Pvnew that he and his wife mainly turn to high-intensity F45 Training “quite a bit together” to stay in shape.
He also shared that their youngest child has also gotten into weight training since taking up horseback riding.
“My daughter Grace, she’s an equestrian now. She’s going up and she’s building strength to control a really powerful animal, so she’s working out now,” he told us.
“She is very much like me,” he added. “She is super disciplined, and if this is something that her trainer is requiring for her to advance in the equestrian world, then she’s doing it literally every day. So she tells me there are certain times that I can’t go into the gym, but now I’m at least allowed to watch her work out, which is very cool.”
The “Entourage” producer also shared that he prefers to shape up “the good old-fashioned way” as opposed to the new Hollywood trend of taking Ozempic for weight loss.
“To each his own, but I do encourage people to eat right and exercise,” he told us at the time. “It’s much more [of] a lifestyle change. You’d be surprised what you can accomplish when you’re willing to do the work.”
Wahlberg has transformed his body multiple times for different roles throughout his acting career and is known for waking up before dawn to start his daily workout routine. He also sticks to a very restrictive diet with a focus on high-protein foods.
“Everybody has their own path. I don’t knock anybody for making their own choices,” he explained. “But I prefer, and I’ve seen lots of people accomplish amazing things, ordinary people doing extraordinary things on a fitness base, and they’re now encouraging other people that look like them. That’s what I’m into.”
