Monica Garcia might have faked her entire identity on the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” but the fights with her mom were very much real.
Following the dramatic Season 4 finale, which aired Tuesday night, a video was leaked online where Garcia and her mom, Linda Darnell, screamed at each other following their fight at Angie Katsanevas’ Greek Easter celebration.
In the video taken a day after the festivities, Darnell seemingly blamed Garcia for not “playing nice” with the other “Housewives.”
“The only thing that you did was unite those four a–holes, that’s the only thing that you did,” Darnell said, seemingly referring to Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay and Whitney Rose.
“How can you forget that your job is to get on air time, to get into as many scenes as possible? You’ve got to play nice,” Darnell told her daughter in the video, which was seemingly taken by Garcia herself without her mom’s knowledge.
Darnell reminded Garcia that she needs to be an “actress” and “pretend like all is right in the world.”
Garcia, 40, then popped off, saying that her mom left her “completely in the f–king water with these bitches” when she abandoned the party.
“You’re a f–king mess, and you f–ked it up yesterday!” Garcia shouted. “You are insane, you looked like a crazy person just so you know.”
She went on to tell her mom that she “fell down the f–king stairs” at Katsanevas’ home, which only prompted her mom to say, “That’s on you. Nobody pushed you down the stairs.”
(Garcia has since blamed Katsanevas for her fall and is threatening to sue her for allegedly not having a railing.)
Shocked, the Bravo newbie hurled insults at her mom, calling her “disgusting” and “gross,” before kicking her out.
“Get out of my house! Get the f–k out of my house! Get the f–k out of my house! I fell down the stairs, and you’re like, ‘That’s on you, that’s on you?’,” she yelled.
While Garcia kicked her mom out, the two continued to yell at each other.
Darnell told her daughter that she should be grateful because she “took the day off from work” to film with her.
“You lost sight of the vision, you lost sight of the job, you lost sight, and you got out of control at someone else’s house,” Darnell continued.
Garcia argued in return that Darnell was acting like the victim and that she “looked like an awful mother” who “didn’t even f–king care” she got hurt at the event.
Darnell bluntly responded that she didn’t care her daughter had allegedly fallen down the stairs before hurling one last insult, “Your boobs hanging out were disgusting.”
Shortly after, Garcia addressed the video on social media, claiming that her ex-best friend and Gay’s stylist, Tanesha Luckett, had been one to release it.
The new “RHOSLC” villain posted an alleged screenshot that showed she had sent the video to Luckett, as well as her alleged response.
“There has now been a ‘leaked’ private video filmed in my home between my mother and I. I sent the video to my best friend. In confidence,” she shared via Instagram Story Wednesday night.
She went on to claim that Luckett has a “folder” that is “dedicated to me full of things she plans to release” and teased that fans can expect to see a “full blown takedown by one of my closest friends.”
“Brace for impact because she has a 3 year friendship of information she has just bedn [sic] waiting to put out there on me,” she continued.
Garcia took the opportunity to also apologize to her mom.
Luckett responded to Garcia’s allegations in her own Instagram Story Thursday, claiming that she would “never leak that very intense and disgusting video.”
“That video wasn’t just sent to me. I’m not interested in burning down her house I’m interested in defending my name in regards to the page she blamed me for,” she wrote.
Luckett was referring to the Instagram troll account, Reality Von Tease, which Gay exposed during the Season 4 finale. Gay accused Garcia of running the salacious account to hurt the original cast members of the franchise, which previously included Jen Shah.
Garcia owned up to being one of the many people who ran the account, which she claimed also included Luckett. She revealed during the season finale that they only intended to take down Shah, who is currently in jail for fraud.
“The other women were just collateral damage,” Garcia said during a confessional interview, referring to Gay, Rose, Marks and Barlow.
During the finale, Gay also confirmed that Shah had been the one to give her the black eye. Shah has since denied the accusation.
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” three-part reunion begins Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
