Diane Warren has revealed why “very particular” Taylor Swift is so successful.

“She’s deeply aware of how her fans want to hear something,” she told Rolling Stone in an interview published Friday.

“I can’t explain it, but that’s probably why she’s the biggest f–king star in the world.”

The famous songwriter co-wrote Swift’s “From The Vault” track “Say Don’t Go,” which is featured on the newly released album “1989 (Taylor’s Version).”

They penned the breakup ballad in 2013.

Warren, 67, who teased that she worked with the “Cruel Summer” singer on a “pretty cool” song in a 2014 interview with Billboard, admitted she did not understand why “Say Don’t Go” didn’t make the final cut for 2014’s “1989” album.

“Everything has its time, you know?” she hypothesized to Rolling Stone.

“It took a while to see the light of day, but I’m glad it finally did. It was worth the wait.”

Warren and Swift co-wrote the “From the Vault” track “Say Don’t Go,” which debuted Friday on “1989 (Taylor’s Version)”.

“Say Don’t Go” revolves around a person fighting against the demise of a relationship.

“Why’d you have to lead me on? / Why you’d have to twist the knife? / Walk away and leave me bleeding, bleeding,” Swift sings in the chorus.

“Now your silence has me screamin’ … I would stay forever if you say, ‘Don’t go.'”

The song accompanies four other “From The Vault” titles from “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” including “Now That We Don’t Talk,” “Suburban Legends,” “Is It Over Now?” and “’Slut!’”

The album dropped Friday, two weeks after the Grammy winner’s record-breaking “Eras Tour” film debuted.

Swift, who was named a billionaire by Bloomberg this week, celebrated the release of her fourth re-recorded album at midnight by posting a hand-written note online.

“I was born in 1989, reinvented for the first time in 2014, and a part of me was reclaimed in 2023 with the re-release of this album I love so dearly,” she began.

“Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine the magic would you sprinkle on my life for so long.”

“This moment is a reflection of the woods we’ve wandered through and all this love between us still glowing in the darkest dark.”

She concluded, “I present to you, with gratitude and wild wonder, my version of 1989. It’s been waiting for you.”

The “Anti-Hero” hitmaker released “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” in July, and dropped “Fearless (Taylor’s Version)” and “Red (Taylor’s Version)” in 2021.

She has two more re-recorded albums to share: “Reputation (Taylor’s Version)” and “Taylor Swift (Taylor’s Version)”.
