Suzanne Somers’ official cause of death has been revealed.

According to her death certificate, obtained Thursday by The Blast, the actress died from breast cancer, which had metastasized to her brain.

Per the outlet, Somers’ death certificate listed her immediate cause of death as “breast cancer with metastasis to the brain.”

A biopsy confirmed the revelation, but an autopsy wasn’t completed.

Other underlying conditions that contributed to her death included hypertension and hydrocephalus.

The beloved “Three’s Company” star died “peacefully at home” following a years-long battle with cancer on Oct. 15. She was 76.

Three days later, on Oct. 18, Somers’ loved ones — including her husband, Alan Hamel, and son, Bruce Somers — celebrated what would have been her 77th birthday.

“Thank you for the out-pouring of love and affection for Suzanne,” the family captioned the sweet video shared to Suzanne’s Instagram.

“So many of you have asked what you can do to support our family. The most comforting gesture for us is to hear how Suzanne affected all of your lives.”

The family urged Suzanne’s fans to share their fondest memories of the star — and stories of her indelible impact on them — online.

“We have set up a Tribute Book at SuzanneSomers,” they went on.

“We would greatly appreciate it if you would add your comments. It helps for us to hear how her legacy of love lives on in all of you.”

The gathering came just one day after Bruce, 57 — whom she shared with ex-husband Bruce Somers Sr. — penned a touching tribute to his “warrior” mom on social media.

“She soared higher than most can dream,” he began wrote in part via Instagram.

“She protected those who didn’t have a voice. She asked the questions most didn’t know to ask.”

He elaborated, “She was a friend, a wife, a sister, a daughter, an entertainer, an icon, and a legend. But to me, she was just Mom. I had the privilege as the only person who could call her that.”

Suzanne — who was also a stepmom to Stephen and Leslie Hamel from her husband’s previous marriage and a grandmother to six grandkids — was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000.

Subsequently, the actress underwent a lumpectomy and radiation but declined chemotherapy.

By 2007, she told the Los Angeles Times she was cancer-free.

This July, though, she shared with fans via social media that her cancer had returned.

“As you know, I had breast cancer two decades ago, and every now and then it pops up again, and I continue to bat it down,” Somers wrote at the time.

“I have used the best alternative and conventional treatments to combat it. This is not new territory for me. I know how to put on my battle gear and I’m a fighter.”
