Chase Sui Wonders is dishing on her “very sacred” relationship with boyfriend Pete Davidson.
The actress, 26, told Nylon magazine that she and the “Saturday Night Live” alum, 29, became “fast friends” while playing a couple in the 2022 comedy “Bodies Bodies Bodies” — which ultimately created space for a romance to blossom.
“It was just clear that we could work together super well. He’s such a pro, and acting with him is my favorite thing,” she said in an interview published May 9.
Wonders co-stars alongside Davidson once more in the latter’s semi-autobiographical Peacock series, “Bupkis.”
“As soon as I got onto ‘Bupkis,’ it felt like we were flowing again,” she said.
Wonders explained that her close working relationship with Davidson is not too different from her personal dynamic with the “King of Staten Island” star.
“We talk about everything,” she enthused, “and we are very open with each other about everything, and it feels like what’s happening in our relationship is very sacred.”
Davidson — who broke up with Kim Kardashian in August 2022 — moved on with Wonders at the beginning of the year.
In January, they were spotted grabbing a bite to eat in Brooklyn. Just days later, they were seen holding hands during a date across the country at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Wonders — who made a seeming effort not to be photographed with Davidson at last month’s “Bupkis” premiere — told Nylon that, so far, the public’s fascination in their relationship hasn’t had much of an impact on her.
“The first initial shock was super disorienting, but after that it just becomes… it’s like a video game. It feels like another weird player came into the video game,” she admitted.
However, Wonders added, “I feel like I’m still on my own path. My life hasn’t changed that much.”
“Bupkis” is available to stream on Peacock.
