Scheana Shay is here to say that Ariana Madix’s frozen eggs are “safe.”
Although Madix spoke to her now-ex Tom Sandoval about fertilizing her eggs on last week’s episode of “Vanderpump Rules,” the “Scheananigans With Scheana Shay” podcast host told her listeners not to worry.
“Her eggs are protected and frozen by themselves with none of that sperm,” Shay, 37, said during Thursday’s episode.
“Thank God,” she gushed, while her guests Mackenzie Dipman and Deb Chubb of “Love Island” also expressed their “relief.”
Madix, also 37, and Shay looked into freezing their eggs together in 2020 — only for the “Good as Gold” singer to get pregnant with her and Brock Davies’ daughter, Summer.
When she continued the process on her own, Madix got 26 eggs, the former bartender revealed on the April 19 episode of the Bravo show.
“[That’s a] really, really good [number],” she explained. “Like, incredible. Good job, ovaries.”
Madix noted that her “stance on all things related to being pregnant [and] giving birth” had not changed.

“It’s just that I don’t like biological clocks having the power to run anything,” she said. “And those eggs, they are more viable as fertilized embryos.”
The actress spoke to Sandoval, 40, about the process of freezing embryos on the show, asking her then-boyfriend to temporarily stop drinking to make sure his “s–t sperm” didn’t get near what she “worked really hard to have harvested.”
The cover band frontman, who seemed reluctant during their conversation, was notably having an affair with Raquel Leviss when the scene was filmed in 2022 — although news of the dalliance wouldn’t break until March of the following year.
“Why would Ariana want me to fertilize her eggs when we might or might not have kids, whatever she decides?” he asked in a confessional.
After the cheating scandal made headlines and the duo called it quits, Sandoval spoke about Madix’s eggs during his first sit-down interview with Howie Mandel.
The bar owner claimed that he tried to break up with Madix amid his infidelity, alleging that she did “not accept” his decision and brought up their future family plans instead.
“She was like, ‘So what do you think about doing a sperm check to fertilize my eggs?'” Sandoval said during the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff Podcast” interview earlier this month. “And I [was] like, ‘What? We’re broken up.'”
He and Madix dated for nine years before ending things. The duo owned a $2 million house together in Los Angeles and both still live there.
“I don’t have a lot of friends I can stay with right now,” Sandoval explained to Mandel, claiming that he “kind of run[s] the house.”
As for Leviss, the former pageant queen is currently receiving mental health treatment at a facility in Arizona.
She and Sandoval have both played coy about their relationship status, saying they are “good friends” and not putting “labels” on anything.
