Caroline Manzo may shave her face, but she won’t inject it.
The former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star spilled that she’s never gotten Botox or any facial injections, because she’s scared that it can’t be “good for you.”
“I’m afraid of it,” Manzo confessed on Tuesday’s episode of her “Food, Love, and Chaos” YouTube show.
“I can’t for one moment – I don’t believe that any of that is good for you, and you’re injecting it in your face? It’s just craziness.”
The “RHONJ” alum, 61, told her guest Isaac Mizrahi that she’s had “absolutely nothing” done to her face, and he added that he also hasn’t.
“You know what I always say, do you ever see anybody and say, ‘oh my God they look great,’ you know what they say? ‘She’s got a great doctor,'” she continued. “So everybody knows.”
Mizrahi, also 61, said he’s also never gotten any sort of Botox or fillers and admitted it’s a “slippery slope.”
Manzo – who previously admitted to getting a tummy tuck more than 20 years ago after giving birth to three kids – gestured to her body and teased that that’s “all natural” as well.
“Walk, walk,” Manzo said as to her secret. “It really is [just walking.”
Despite never getting injections, the Bravolebrity has been honest about getting a facelift a few years ago after losing 20 pounds.
“I noticed I had on my neck what they call turkey neck, where my skin was just loose under my neck,” she said on her son’s podcast, “Dear Albie” in April 2019.
“It just freaked me out… I lost all that weight and then I started seeing my face in FaceTimes and I went and said to myself, ‘I’m going to the doctor to see what can be done about this.'”
The “Manzo’d with Children” alum got emotional and admitted that she “could cry” thinking about how the surgery “brought my headspace to a whole different place.”
Fans will get to see Manzo’s return to the “Real Housewives” franchise on the upcoming Season 4 of “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” later this year.
