Meghan Trainor keeps her family members in the loop about her sex life “whether they like it or not.”
While the pregnant singer and her husband, Daryl Sabara, tried to conceive baby No. 2, Trainor “announc[ed]” when they got intimate, she told Access Hollywood on Wednesday.
The Grammy winner, 29, lives with her whole family — including her brothers — and would tell them, “Hey, we’re trying for a baby tonight.”
She noted, “I’m also obsessed with the science of it, so I’m like, ‘Guys, if I’m pregnant, I’m implanting right now!’”
As for their reactions, Trainor admitted, “They’re like, ‘Ugh.’ And I’m like, ‘Well it’s so cool!’
“They’re my best friends,” she continued. “They’re gonna hear it whether they like it or not.”
The songwriter was filming a “Workin’ On It” podcast episode with her brother Ryan Trainor and guest Trisha Paytas last week when she detailed “painful” sex with “big boy” Sabara.
“I wish I could make Daryl smaller,” Trainor said of the “Spy Kids” star’s member, saying she sometimes “can’t walk” after intercourse.
The American Music Award nominee, who called certain positions with the 30-year-old actor a “nightmare,” added that she has been diagnosed with vaginismus, which is defined by involuntary tensing of the vagina.
She said, “[It’s] to the point where I’m like, ‘Is it all in?’ and he’s like, ‘Just the tip. And I’m like, ‘I can’t do anymore.’ I don’t know how to fix that.”
Social media users slammed the NSFW interview, calling it “TMI.”
One fan tweeted, “Girl this convo should have stayed between you and him,” while another asked Trainor to “share LESS sometimes.”
The “All about That Bass” singer and Sabara have been married since December 2018. They share a 2-year-old son named Riley and have another baby boy on the way.
