Blake Lively looks blooming beautiful after baby.
On Monday, the “Gossip Girl” star stepped out for her first red carpet appearance since she and husband Ryan Reynolds welcomed their fourth child in February, attending Barnard College’s Annual Gala in New York in an eye-catching ensemble.
Lively, 35, wore an off-the-shoulder floral midi dress from Carolina Herrera, which she layered beneath a sheer pink-and-orange trench coat by Sergio Hudson that featured a neon yellow lining.
Her accessories — which included a pair of pink crystal-buckled Manolo Blahnik Hangisi pumps ($1,225), an all-over bedazzled Chanel flap bag and Brent Neale earrings dripping with rainbow-hued gems — were equally colorful.
Hairstylist Jennifer Yepez, who styled Lively’s hair in a softly curled half-up style for the evening, described her as a “real life Barbie” on Instagram, while Carolina Gonzalez — who did the actress’ makeup — called her rosy beauty look “Breathtakingly Beautiful” on her own page.
Lively presented an award during the ceremony, and cracked jokes about how she decided to go back to college after landing “zero acting jobs” early in her Hollywood career.
“Two weeks after that, the producers of ‘Gossip Girl’ called me like an ex-boyfriend and they said, ‘Listen, will you please do this show? And if you do, we promise you can go to Columbia one day a week — as long as it doesn’t interfere with our seven-day-a-week shooting schedule,'” she recalled.
“So needless to say, I think I have to accept that tonight is the closest I’m going to get. So I’m just going to pretend that this is me graduating tonight. So thank you.”
Lively shares daughters James, 8, Inez, 6, and Betty, 3, with Reynolds in addition to the couple’s new arrival, whose name and sex have not been revealed.
The “Age of Adaline” actress, who showed off her fit postpartum physique in a duo of chic swimsuits earlier this month, is famous for her high-fashion maternity looks.
Last September, she even revealed she was expecting her fourth baby on the red carpet, attending the Forbes Power Women’s Summit wearing a glittering gold Valentino mini that highlighted her bump.
