Hilaria Baldwin shared a tender photo of herself curled in Alec Baldwin’s lap like a baby — mere hours after involuntary manslaughter charges against the actor were dropped.
In the picture, which she captioned with a simple heart emoji on Instagram Thursday, the yoga enthusiast wore a red T-shirt and jeans while barefoot. The couple had their eyes closed in what appeared to be their New York City home.
Alec, 65, also shared a photo with his wife, 39, telling his followers that he owes “everything” to her as well as his attorney Luke Nikas.
The “Saturday Night Live” alum’s post showed him and Hilaria in a restaurant as he leaned his head against hers while she smiled at the camera.
The Santa Fe County District Attorney’s office announced earlier Thursday that it was dropping charges against Alec “without prejudice.”
He had been charged with involuntary manslaughter over the October 2021 fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the New Mexico set of the movie “Rust.”
The “30 Rock” star had fired a prop pistol during a rehearsal scene, which was inadvertently loaded with a live bullet.
The film’s director, Joel Souza, was also wounded in the shooting, but no charges were ever filed over his injuries.
Alec steadfastly denied ever pulling the gun’s trigger and pleaded not guilty in February.
He was originally facing up to five years in prison, which was later reduced to 18 months.
However, the charges against Alec’s co-defendant and former armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, have yet to be cleared, which means the case — and the Oscar nominee’s involvement — can be reinvestigated.
“We are pleased with the decision to dismiss the case against Alec Baldwin, and we encourage a proper investigation into the facts and circumstances of this tragic accident,” his lawyers Nikas and Alex Spiro said in a statement to The Post.
Filming for the movie is due to resume in Montana this week.
The fecund Baldwins are the parents of Carmen, 9, Rafael, 7, Leonardo, 6, Romeo, 4, Eduardo, 2, Lucia, 2, and Ilaria, 7 months. (Alec also shares Ireland, 27, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.)
Earlier this month, Hilaria shared a sweet photo of the clan for her husband’s 65th birthday.
“A photo of our wildness, just as we are. May this year bring you peace, health, and happiness,” she wrote alongside the Instagram snap. “We feel lucky to be by your side…through all of it ❤️. Happy birthday, Alec—we love you.”
