Natalie Joy is sure she wants more kids with Nick Viall — even after experiencing a recent pregnancy scare.
“[We are] absolutely not one and done,” Joy, who welcomed daughter River Rose with the “Bachelor” alum in February, tells Pvnew exclusively while promoting her partnership with Autotrader.
The surgical technologist, 25, adds that she and Viall, 43, both come from “big families” and want their little girl to have siblings of her own.

“We definitely [want] three, four, as many as God will bless us with, for sure,” she says.
Just not yet, however.
The couple had to briefly envision expanding their family sooner than expected when they suspected there was a bun in the oven.
“We actually had a pregnancy scare the other day, and we both kind of visualized for a split second kind of what it would be like to have another, and we were both like, ‘Not right now. We cannot right now,’” Joy explains.
“But we were kind of like, ‘It would kind of be fun for River. She would have someone so close in age.’”
Still, Joy — who wed Viall in April — emphasizes that the pair is choosing to “wait a little bit longer” before taking steps to conceive again.
In the meantime, the brunette beauty is relishing in her new role as a parent — and falling for her spouse even more as he acclimates to fatherhood.
“I did not know I could fall in love with him more, but he’s extremely present,” she says, raving over Viall.
“He jumps up in the middle of the night. He’s, like, excited to change a dirty diaper. He is so, so helpful.”
Joy says she had “no idea what to expect” when it came to the “Viall Files” podcast host’s paternal capabilities but was immediately impressed.
“Even my mom is in awe every time she sees him,” she notes. “He’s cleaning my breast pumps, he’s putting them together, bringing them to me, he’s taking her, I’m pumping.”
Joy enthuses that she and Viall are “such a team” when it comes to caring for their daughter.
“I came to the realization very, very early in having River that I can trust his instincts with her. I’m not over-watching him. We trust each other, and it’s just very easy. … We really have each other’s back,” she shares.
“I feel like we really run everything by the other person. I’ll be like, ‘Oh, so she had this much to eat. Do you think we should give her a little bit more?’ And he’ll give me his opinion, so we really just work off of each other.”
For instance, Joy and Viall agreed that child safety was a top priority when searching for a car to purchase — during the chaos of planning their wedding while she was pregnant — with the help of Autotrader, which just released its Best New Cars of 2024 list.
“There were decisions to be made every single day. It was nonstop, it was crazy. I was about to give birth the craziest time of my life. And we were like, ‘Oh my God, we need a new car,’” she recalls.
“They do the research for you. I didn’t have time to do all that,” Joy elaborates. “I knew what I wanted in a car: I knew I wanted the safety features and the interior comfortability and all of the stuff that you want when you have a child. And Autotrader did that for me. So, it was just very easy.”
