50 Cent filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex Daphne Joy after she accused the rapper of raping and physically abusing her.

According to a lawsuit obtained by Page Six, the “In da Club” rapper claims the model only accused him of harming her because he filed to get sole custody of their 11-year-old son, Sire, after she was named an alleged sex worker of Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ in a lawsuit.

In the suit, 50 — born Curtis Jackson — states that Joy’s Instagram post has more than 22,000 likes, which has caused damage to his business reputation, the child custody case and has subjected him to an influx of online hate.

The “Many Men” emcee, 48, attached a letter that his lawyers sent to Joy, 37, on April 2, demanding that she remove the post and retract her statement.

However, the mom of one refused and her attorneys allegedly requested millions of dollars and for him to drop the custody battle for it to be removed from Instagram.

50 calls the demands “clearly extortive.”

The “Power” creator is seeking more than $1 million in damages and a court order for Joy to remove the post and refrain from making other defamatory comments about him.

Page Six has reached out to Joy for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In a statement to Page Six, 50’s counsel, Reena Jain, said: “Despite being given ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Ms. Narvaez has shamefully chosen to interfere with her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a ‘rapist.’

“The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate entanglement and misguided loyalty to Mr. Combs, who we believe to be underwriting this attack and whom Mr. Jackson has been warning Ms. Narvaez and others about for many years.”

On March 28, Joy wrote a scathing message to 50.

“Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she claimed at the time. “You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.”

Joy also slammed 50’s parenting, writing that he had only seen their son “10 times out of the 2 years” when they lived one mile away from him in New York.

“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never even earned,” she wrote.

In a statement to Page Six, the actor’s rep slammed the “disturbing” accusations.

“The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time,” the statement read.

Joy was named as one of three women who were alleged sex workers for Combs, 54, in a sexual assault lawsuit filed by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.
