Jessica Simpson has some words of advice for Britney Spears, who is allegedly blowing through her $60 million estate on lavish getaways.
The “Dukes of Hazzard” star briefly chatted with paparazzi about the “Toxic” songstress’ spending problems while leaving Los Angeles International Airport Tuesday.
“You can blow all your money on vacation — if you’re not careful,” she told TMZ, adding, “But memories are worth more.”

Simpson, who tends to flaunt her own luxurious lifestyle on social media, was returning from spending spring break with her mom and kids, she shared.
This time around, the “Employee of the Month” actress, 43, didn’t have to spend a dime as her mom paid for the getaway.
“That trip was on my mom, so it was free for me,” she added.
Simpson’s warning to Spears, 42, comes as insiders told Page Six that the hitmaker is draining all her money less than three years after her conservatorship was terminated in November 2021, which granted her access to her million-dollar estate.
At the time, the “Gimme More” singer touched her money for the first time since 2008 and has since used private jets to vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and Maui, Hawaii.
The Grammy winner even spent “hundreds of thousands of dollars” while traveling to French Polynesia last year, we’re told.
“She has no concept of money,” a source told us. “For over a decade, other people were in charge of her bank accounts, and every purchase had to be reported to the court — even if it was just a pack of gum. But now, she’s on her own.”
Another source added that Spears’ closest friends fear speaking out about her careless spending because they don’t want to “rock the boat and make her feel like she is in a conservatorship again.”
“No one wants to be Jamie [Spears] 2.0,” the insider explained.
The “Crossroads” star’s career has been on the back burner since she wrapped up her Vegas residency in 2018. Her last album “Glory” was released in 2016.
Following the end of her conservatorship, Spears released her August 2022 collaboration with Elton John, “Hold Me Closer.”
In October 2023, she also published her best-selling memoir, “The Woman in Me,” which explores her messy relationship with Justin Timberlake and conservatorship under her father.
Insiders told us the pop icon is “at the point of recoupment” since signing her $15 million book deal and earning “very significant” royalties, which she reportedly receives 25 percent of net profit.
“She’s not broke,” one source explained. “But she definitely could benefit from being more careful with her cash.”
It’s unclear what Spears’ next big career move will be as she pledged to “never return to the music industry” after the trauma she experienced.
