Tammy Slaton continues to show off her severely slimmed-down figure since losing 440 pounds.
The “1000-Lb. Sisters” star showed off her weight loss in an off-the-shoulder dress while spending time with psychic medium Haley Michelle. The low-cut nature of the frock also put Slaton’s flower chest tattoo on display.
“Spiritual Sisters, our powerful connection we don’t have to explain anything to anyone,” Michelle captioned the Instagram post Wednesday, which shows the two intertwined in front of a pond.
“You are my Best Friend,” she added.

'1000-Lb. Sisters' star Tammy Slaton shows off tremendous weight loss in new swimsuit photo
Slaton, 37, shocked fans earlier this week when she showed off her slimmer physique in a one-piece swimsuit while spending the day poolside with the self-proclaimed “Paranormal Princess.”
“Proud of you #tammyslatonweightloss,” Michelle captioned the Instagram image.
The reality star’s weight-loss journey has been documented on the TLC series since doctors informed her she would have to slim down after being placed in a medically induced coma.
Slaton, who at her heaviest weighed close to 750 pounds, decided she wanted to undergo bariatric surgery to assist her, but she first had to lose 200 pounds on her own before she would even qualify.
The TV star’s progress also has been seen off-screen, as she has been photographed walking without the need for a walker or oxygen; however, she noted she keeps an oxygen tank with her just in case her levels drop.
Despite the incredible progress Slaton has made, she endured a monumental loss over the summer when her husband, Caleb Willingham, unexpectedly died at age 40.
Slaton compared herself to a lesbian months after Willingham’s death.
“I was pansexual, but I kinda stopped messing with guys after my husband passed,” she shared on TikTok. “So, I’m like a lesbian.”
