Gisele Bündchen broke down in tears after police pulled her over due to a traffic violation in Surfside, Fla., on Wednesday.
The supermodel, 43, was seen in video obtained by TMZ speaking to an officer who approached her via the driver’s side window of her black Mercedes G-Wagon in Miami-Dade County.
They appeared to be having a civil conversation as he slipped her a piece of paper that may have been a summons. However, when the camera panned over to get a closer shot of Bündchen, she was visibly upset.

Bündchen’s face was partially concealed under a white baseball cap and appeared red as she seemed to wipe away tears. The officer waited patiently as the “Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life“ author composed herself before returning to his vehicle shortly after.
When Page Six contacted Surfside Police, a public information officer would not disclose any further details about the incident aside from confirming that Bündchen was indeed stopped due to traffic violation.
A rep for the model did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
The “Nourish” author’s demeanor appears to have taken a turn, as earlier in the day she was seen going for a casual stroll with her dog around her Miami neighborhood.
However, she may have just been having a stressful day. Bündchen was photographed Wednesday – prior to getting pulled over – checking out the renovations on her $11.5 million Indian Creek mansion.
Her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, was also present for the reported house inspection.

Bündchen’s daughter, Vivian, was also by her side earlier on Wednesday.
Paparazzi snapped the 11-year-old preparing to walk her dog alongside her model mom, who appeared to be dressed in the same outfit as when she got stopped by the cops. They exchanged a quick hug.
Bündchen has been spending a lot of quality time with the pre-teen. The two were photographed enjoying a nice playdate together over the weekend, where they engaged in a fun game of volleyball.
Aside from Vivian, Bündchen also shares son Benjamin, 14, with ex-Tom Brady, whom she divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
