Christine Quinn is seeking full custody of her 2-year-old son, Christian Georges, claiming that her estranged husband, Christian Richard Dumontet, has abused their child, Page Six has exclusively learned.

The “Selling Sunset” alum, 35, alleged in court documents that we obtained and were filed Monday that Richard has “perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse against my son and [her].”

“I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement because they were true and because I feared for our safety,” she further claimed.

Richard was arrested on March 19 after he got into a domestic dispute with Quinn and allegedly threw a bag that had a glass bottle in it, hitting his toddler son.

“The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim but hit the victim’s child, causing injury,” a public information officer confirmed to Page Six at the time.

We were also told by a separate source that Quinn had to take her child to the hospital, where he was treated for injuries.

Per the latest filing, the reality star claims that Richard has also not upheld his end of the bargain when it comes to paying for their son’s hospital bills since he was born in May 2021.

The court documents allege Quinn wants the tech businessman to fulfill “unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties’ son, in an amount over $100,000 (total amount to be determined).”

Quinn claims her ex said he would pay the bills but has allowed them to go into collections, therefore “severely” impacting her credit.

Page Six has reached out to Richard’s attorney for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Quinn explains that she is seeking full legal and physical custody of Christian Georges because she wants to be able to take him to Texas, where her family resides, freely without permission from her ex.

She also wants Richard to be “restricted from any visits with [their] child due to the reasons set forth in [her] attached declaration.”

Aside from the incidents with their little boy, Quinn also reiterates some of the alleged abuse that she experienced throughout her marriage.

In the court filing, she once again recounts a fight in which Richard allegedly threw dog poop at her and continues to describe in great detail her estranged husband’s alleged history of mental health issues.

The former Netflix star also makes the new claim that as recently as last week, Richard allegedly used his mother, Nancy Dumontet, to manipulate her and her legal team.

In the court documents, Quinn alleges the father of one asked his estranged wife to call Nancy with his son present because his mother had just suffered a heart attack.

“She did not suffer a heart attack,” Quinn claims. “This attempt to exploit a family member’s false medical condition is yet another attempt by Christian to manipulate me, my attorneys, and even his own attorneys.

“I am extremely concerned that Christian will go to any lengths necessary, including great emotional manipulation, as a means to monitor my activity while the restraining order is in effect.”

Richard has previously denied Quinn’s allegations and filed his own restraining order against the realtor, claiming she has been lying to cops about what occurred. However, a judge temporarily denied his request.

Meanwhile, Quinn’s restraining order request was temporarily granted and she was given access to the marital home as a result. Per a judge, she is supposed to be able to access the property until Wednesday, when a hearing will determine if the restraining order will be made permanent.

Quinn alleges in the latest filing, though, that Richard has changed the codes of their LA residence.

“He has maliciously denied me access to my home, which contains all of my personal belongings and all of our son’s food and belongings,” she claims, further alleging, “He has locked me and our 2-year- old son out of our house in violation of both orders.”

Despite all of Quinn’s accusations, Richard was the one to file for divorce on April 5, citing “irreconcilable differences.” The RealOpen founder is seeking seeking sole legal and physical custody of their son.

Richard has not yet been criminally charged concerning his domestic violence arrest last month, but Page Six recently learned via the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office that the case is still under review.

Quinn’s rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
